CSR at KW Tech Solutions

KW Tech Solutions places a heavy emphasis on proper governance and doing what we can to support our society – none of our success can be done without the support of the surrounding community. Founded with a deep understanding that we all stand on the backs of giants, KW Tech Solutions places a strong emphasis on doing what we can to benefit those around us, allowing them to leverage our experience and expertise to grow and fly higher. To that end, KW Tech Solutions employ a three-pronged approach to CSR.

Community Volunteering

Sometimes, good community initiatives require that extra pair of hands to successfully pull through the event, to positively impact the lives of those in need. At KW Tech Solutions, we willingly and gladly offer our manpower for this purpose. Our staff are encouraged to take a paid day off from work to offer their willing hands to an approved initiative so that they can be more involved in community matters. We believe that an employee that is compassionate and open-minded is a happy and productive one, and we are therefore willing to pay for them to get this community volunteering exposure. If you are organizing such events and are interested in getting extra pairs of hands (or people who knows their way around a computer), feel free to reach out to us!
Pro Bono Consultancy

KW Tech Solutions understands that with all the day-to-day operations required for a business to operate, it might be hard to keep up to date with the latest trends in technology and digital infrastructure in general - especially so for a non-profit social enterprise with limited capital to hire technical expertise. To that end, we are KW Tech Solutions are willing to provide our digital expertise and even our digital infrastructure to worthy organizations without cost.
Charity Initiatives Funding

KW Tech Solutions understands that even for the most noble of causes, resources apart from simple human capital might be required, and that means funding. If you require funding from KW Tech Solutions, do provide a breakdown of what exactly the funding would be used for (as a general rule of thumb, there will not be approval for payroll), how long the initiative is expected to last, as well as the expected and confirmed participants that will be impacted.

How do I be a part of KW Tech Solutions CSR Initiatives?

If you believe that your organization is based in Singapore, is pursuing a worthy cause that benefits our society at large, and requires the support of KW Tech Solution’s resources and expertise, feel free to drop an email to admin@kwtechsolutions.com.sg. In the email, please detail a reachable contact, an overview of your initiative, the type of resources you require, why do you need KW Tech Solutions help, as well as the expected and confirmed impact of your initiative. KW Tech Solutions generally only approve of initiatives which has at least some manner of execution and credibility, and would not approve of support with regard to payroll. As best as possible, do try to be as explicit and detailed as you can be in the email for a better chance of approval.
